Our pop-up picnics are fun, exciting and luxurious. We deliver, set up, decorate and clean up. You just bring the food and drinks. We can travel to any location - including parks, gardens, your backyard, or even indoor spaces. We can custom create picnics styled to the vibe or occasion that you wish to celebrate. We can accommodate any theme and size a custom package will be created to fit your vision.
You are finally here and now you need help with the bigger picture? I will work with you to design your big day from start to finish. This package is ideal for clients who need a guide to help create an overall vision or ‘brand’ for their event. In my initial consultation meeting I will discuss all of your needs, wants and dreams to bring your vision to life. I then work with you to create a style guide / storyboard of images and color swatches that evoke the perfect feeling for your day; I use this as a tool throughout the rest of our design process. I assist in vendor referrals and selection to make sure that you have a team that understands the vision and fits well with your personality. Once your team of vendors is in place, I attend floral and rental meetings, collaborate with your venue coordinator on floor plans and guest experience, and we check in with your photographer to make sure that each element of your event, will be captured flawlessly in a unique style you adore. I am on site the day of your event for all deliveries, setup and breakdown, as well as oversee that all details are set to design standard. I typically leave once ceremony has started and return after Last Call.

I am on site the day of event to deliver, set up and style your stationery and other decor elements, or create custom installations on-site for escort card displays, guest book / welcome stations, tablescapes and much more. With a site plan in hand, I will work with venue staff for proper room setup and table placement and then work on styling and other small details, making sure that everything is set to the highest standard with no detail left unnoticed. This service frees you up to enjoy your day with your guest and family.
I’m here to take over on the day of the event to ensure that all details that are planned, are executed. We have a unique inventory of treasures we’ve found over the years from our many hunts to find new and nostalgic items to add to our growing collection. Our inventory rages from tableware, dessert stands, candy jars, vases, glassware, flatware, plates, and decor. Inventory also includes table runners, napkins, throw blankets and pillows!
